DESCRIPTION:THESEUS H4C at the Arctic Cluster Team Partnership Event: Strengthening Circular Value Chains in the Arctic				\n				\n				\n					\n				\n		\n					\n		\n				\n				\n																														\n				\n				\n		\n				\n				\n					\n\n\n\n\n\n				\n				\n				\n		\n				\n				\n					\n  \n    \n    \n      \n      \n      \n    \n    Date\n  \n  \n    \n    December 10\, 2025\n  \n\n				\n				\n				\n				\n					\n  \n    \n    \n      \n      \n    \n    Location\n  \n  \n    \n    Norway\n  \n\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n									Last week\, THESEUS Hub4Circularity participated in a partnership event organised by the Arctic Cluster Team (ACT)\, reinforcing the project’s engagement with Arctic regions and its role in supporting circular\, low-carbon industrial transitions across Europe.   The event provided a strategic platform to connect Arctic regional priorities with European policy and funding frameworks. Opening remarks by the North Norway European Office highlighted how initiatives such as THESEUS can act as enablers for cross-regional collaboration\, supporting value chains linked to raw materials\, circular economy\, green hydrogen\, and CO₂ management.   Within this context\, I-SENSE Group/ICCS (Greece) shared insights from its role as coordinator of THESEUS Hub4Circularity\, highlighting how the project promotes urban-industrial symbiosis as a practical mechanism for strengthening regional value chains. Through close collaboration with Arctic Cluster Team\, Kunnskapsparken Helgeland AS\, and SINTEF Helgeland\, THESEUS supports the Nordland Hub as a living example of cross-border knowledge exchange and replicable circular economy solutions.   The programme also showcased complementary regional initiatives aligned with THESEUS objectives\, including advances in green hydrogen value chains\, CO₂ logistics\, and energy resilience\, illustrating how coordinated European collaboration can accelerate industrial decarbonisation in Arctic contexts. In this setting\, the event reinforced the Nordland Hub’s role within THESEUS as a key demonstration and replication site\, while confirming the relevance of the project’s systemic approach across strategic European value chains.   An inspiring academic vorspiel brought together researchers from leading Norwegian institutions and applied research organisations\, underlining the importance of long-term research collaboration\, trust-based partnerships\, and open innovation. By linking regional Arctic initiatives with European frameworks and partners\, the event further supported THESEUS in expanding its replication pathways and informing future pilot development\, strengthening its contribution to a resilient\, circular\, and competitive European economy.
