THESEUS Hub4Circularity proudly joined Workshop #45: “Remanufacturing and Recycling – Are Robots the Way to a Sustainable Future?” at ERF2025, where over 90 participants gathered to explore the intersection of AI-enhanced robotics and 

sustainability.

The workshop brought together leading experts and pioneering EU-funded projects, including SOPRANO, REBELION, BatteReverse, 

Recirculate, REINFORCE, OPTIMINER, 

REEPRODUCE, SHEREC, AI-PRISM, and THESEUS-H4C, to discuss how robotics and artificial intelligence can enhance recycling, remanufacturing, and circular economy processes.

With a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge exchange, the session provided a platform for sharing insights, showcasing innovation, and envisioning the role of robotics in accelerating Europe’s sustainable transition.
